From MLB.Com: Zito, timely hits guide Giants past A's; Wilson to start season on DL

OAKLAND -- Thanks to a couple of timely hits and a strong pitching performance, the Giants claimed their second straight exhibition win over the A's on Tuesday in the form of a 4-1 victory...

...

Bruce Bochy said closer Brian Wilson will begin the season on the disabled list. He will not pitch in the opening Dodger series, but he could be activated as early as April 5.

Wilson threw pain free Tuesday in Arizona, but the Giants do not want to rush him.

In Wilson's place, Bochy is likely to go with a closer-by-committee.

...

Quck thoughts from me: The Giants have enough bullpen depth to get through this. If the bullpen can relax in the ninth and not get too jittery, they are more than capable of getting it done as long as they pitch their game. If anyone can handle a bullpen and get the most out of it, Bruce Bochy is the man.
